product policies, warranties, returns & refunds

Warranty

  • All bach2roq products (HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE) carry a 90 day warranty, unless otherwise indicated on the products list. 
  • There is no applicable warranty for COURSES.
  • All products are priced in Australian dollars ($AUD)
  • For HARDWARE items:
    • if there are any faults in the products which are found, within the warranty period, to be the result of manufacture,  then bach2roq will repair the item free of charge to the customer. If the faulty item cannot be repaired then it will be replaced with a new item. If it cannot be replaced then bach2roq will  refund the customer in full. 
    • the return of the item will be arranged  and initially paid for by the customer, after first contacting bach2roq. In this case you must include, a receipt for the original purchase of the item,  a receipt for the return cost, reason for return and original packing. If the item is found to be defective then bach2roq will refund the cost of the item return. If good are received in damaged condition then the cost will be covered by bach2roq by refunding the customer for the cost of the return of the item.
  • For SOFTWARE items:
    •  if there are any faults found within the warranty period in the products which are not in the demonstration products, and which significantly result in the deviations from the specification,  then bach2roq will repair the fault free of charge. If the fault cannot be repaired then, a full refund to customer  will be made The customer will be required to destroy all copies of the software.
  • For COURSES:
    • in some cases students who withdraw from a course before it is completed will be refunded part of the course fee.
    • if a student enrolling in a course withdraws before the end of the course, a minimum of 2 weeks equivalent fee for the course will be deducted from the refund returned to the student, which be the balance of the course that was remaining at the time of the withdrawal.
  • All refunds will be by made by cheque OR by refund via the internet.

Delivery

  • For SOFTWARE items:
    • delivery after an online purchase is immediate, and delivery occurs via the internet and may take a few minutes depending on the size of files and the amount of traffic on the internet at the time of purchase.
  • For HARDWARE items:
    • delivery will take 3-5 days for orders within Australia, and up to 10 days for international orders. 
    • a postage fee will apply in most cases This fee will be indicated on the order form.
    • in most cases the items will be couriered or register posted.
    • if you have question about the delivery time, contact bach2roq by email or phone 61 3 52411633.
    • if an item is unavailable or out of stock, the customer will be notified by email, and will be given the choice of a full refund OR an estimate of the time for delivery.
  • For COURSES:
    • enrolment occurs immediately upon payment
    • depending on the nature and timetable of the course, the student may start on the course immediately upon payment.

Privacy

  • All transactions between bach2roq and customers are fully confidential.
  • All customer records are destroyed after 18 months after the final transaction.

Security

  • All customer details are maintained under secure conditions.
  • Customer accounts data is kept under locked surveillance at all times.
  • All internet credit card transactions are dealt directly with the National Australia Bank. No credit card details are kept at bach2roq. 
  • All internet payments are made by an industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit card numbers and personal details are encrypted when transmitted over the internet.
